You are not Weird, You just need Jesus ✨

“Some people need to be told that they are not weird.”
People may have qualified you as weird because of the things you do. Your parents may have compared you to other children/people saying you’re not enough. Someone may have told you that there is something that must be not going right in your mind. The devil may be condemning you because of your present/past sins calling you a slave or a beast. The world may be qualifying you as abnormal/too different because you are not like others.
But I am here to tell you that
However you look like,
Whatever your reactions are,
Whatever your reflexes are,
Whatever your hobbies are,
Whatever your dreams are,
Whatever your interests are,
Whatever your weaknesses are,
Whatever your fears are,
Whatever your disability is,
Whatever your desires are,
Whatever your tastes are,
Whatever your secret is,
Whatever your habits are,
Whatever you’re shameful of,
YOU ARE NOT WEIRD!
You are not abnormal. You are not bipolar. You are not crazy. You are not a beast. You are not a savage. You are not stupid. You are not a desperate case. You are not a lost cause. You are not a burden. You are not too much. You are not “not enough”. You-are-not-weird. You shouldn’t identify to your problem. It’s not over for you, you’re not condemned. It is possible to change. It is possible to heal.
God loves you and He doesn’t condemn you. He calls you His beloved and He wants you by His side.
No matter what you are struggling with or what you’ve been through. No matter the number of times you’ve sinned or what is your addiction. No matter who abandoned/rejected you. No matter what you think about yourself. In everything, You just need one man : Jesus Christ of Nazareth 🔱.
You are not meant to live in slavery, depression, sadness, addiction, sin, boundage, sickness, condemnation… That’s not what you were created for. God says : “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” {Jeremiah 29:11}
God created you for a great purpose
~“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared *beforehand* that we should walk in them.” {Ephesians 2:10}
And God knows you, personally
~“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” {Jeremiah 1:5}
You are not out of control. You just need to constantly be under the right control ❤️ Your sin doesn’t define you. Neither are you defined by your mistakes. Your identity is in Christ alone. Let Jesus take the wheel. He knows what you need and the path you need to take. Follow Him closely and wholeheartedly. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life {John 14:6}.
Do not let the world condemn you by labelling you as a weirdo. Do not allow the devil to play with your mind by calling you a slave. Instead, let Christ be your safe place, your perfection, your strength, your assurance, your helper, your friend ❤️ Let Him be the center of your life because in Him there is no condemnation (Romans 8:1).
You are valuable, you are precious, your life is important, your existence matters. Without you, things wouldn’t be the same and above all, YOU ARE LOVED ✨ Your worth is in the blood of Jesus. Give Him your life, consecrate yourself to Christ and let Him amaze you.
